We say that the world is a small place, but it’s quiet an irony that when it comes to travelling, we can’t decide “where is it that I want to go first” and suddenly the world becomes very big. So let’s see the top 10 holiday destinations one should definitely include in their list.
10. Chefchaouen, Morocco
Also known as Chaouen, this beautiful town painted in blue lies in the northern region of Morocco. It has a rich history from from defending against the Portuguese to the invasion of the Spanish. And who dones’t like Moroccon food? So this should definetly be a part of the list for holiday destinations.
9. Palawan Island, Philippines
Surrounded by rich lagoons and forest and the place where you can find some beautiful rock formations standing tall in the middle of clear water and the colours which will make you think “is that real?”. This place is called Palawan island and is located in Philippines.
8. Antelope Canyon, USA
Formed by the erosion caused by the rains and floods in the Navajo sandstone is the result of when time itself sculptures the nature. It’s beauty can be seen at it’s fullest when you step in the Lower Antelope Canyon and look at the rays of sun making its way through the carvings.
7. Húsavík, Iceland
Iceland, it’s that country which should be on everyone’s list. Though the country has many beautiful attractions, the town of Húsavìk stands out of them all. The main attraction of this town is the whale watching.

Located in the central Turkey, cappadicia is representation of history itself. It is famous for it’s Fairy Chimneys, underground city and the air balloon rides. One can also experience the popular Turkish delicacies as well.

Almaty, also known as the city of apples, has a rich history and many other attractions, but the most mesmerising of them all is the Big Almaty lake. It is located near the Almaty city and the lake is surrounded by mountains which are covered in snow (most time of the year) and the fresh clear water of the lake makes it a go to destination.

134 km long lake situated in the Himalayas extending from India to China is one of the major tourist attractions in India. The best part is that the lake changes it’s colour throughout the year.

How do you describe this place… free, strange, fast, different? It is not surprising that the nearly perfectly shaped volcano has been worshiped as a sacred mountain and experienced big popularity among artists and common people throughout the centuries. It should be on every backpackers list.

The region of Patagonia is shared by the Argentina and Chile. In my words, Patagonia defines nature. It consists of tall mountains, blue lakes, glaciers, forests and Charles Darwin said that it was once the land of the giants.
1. Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia
It is the worlds largest salt flat located in the southwest Bolivia and it is popularly know as the world’s largest mirror. During the rainy season the water is collected above the salt surface and reflects its surroundings and the view is extremely picturesque.
