This is having a huge impact on the entertainment industry with many movie releases, productions and shootings postponed. All cinema halls have been closed indefinitely until the virus is contained. No Time To Die
The release of No Time to Die was originally scheduled for November 2019 but was pushed back to April 2020. The premiere of the film in China and a countrywide publicity tour was planned for April 2020, but this was canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. On 4 March 2020, MGM and Eon Productions announced that after evaluating the situation they have decided to postpone the theatrical release of No Time to Die until 12 November 2020 (UK) and 25 November 2020 (USA). No Time To Die is the twenty-fifth installment in the James Bond series. It stars Daniel Craig in his fifth and final film as James Bond.

F9(Fast and Furious 9)
Fast and Furious is one of the most popular movie franchises in Hollywood. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Universal Studios has decided that the opening of “F9” will be pushed from May 22 to April 2, 2021. This action series is a major international brand that makes most of its money from overseas theatres. The franchise’s last film, 2017’s “The Fate of the Furious,” made more than 81% of its $1.2 billion gross outside of the United States. F9 is the ninth installment in the action series. The star cast of the film includes big names like Vin Diesel, John Cena, Michelle Rodriguez and many more.
A Quite Place-Part 2
The much-anticipated sequel to A Quiet Place (2018) is directed by John Krasinski and stars Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds among many. It was originally scheduled to release on 20th March 2020. However, Paramount has shifted the release to September 4, 2020. They concluded its test screenings last month to rave reviews, and the studio is eager to get the film into theatres as soon as feasibly possible.
Wonder Woman 1984
Wonder Woman 1984 is scheduled to release on August 14, 2020, by the Warner Bros Studio. It was originally announced for December 13, 2019, and then moved to November 1, 2019, then to June 5, 2020. On March 24, 2020, it was announced that due to the COVID-19 outbreak the release date has been pushed to 14th August 2020. WW84 is the sequel to the 2017 movie Wonder Women. It is the 9th installment in the DC Extended Universe(DCEU).
This much-awaited film, the American superhero film is based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. This is the 24th movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe(MCU). It stars Scarlett Johansson in the lead role. The film was originally scheduled to release on 1st May 2020. However, due to the pandemic, Black Widow is now scheduled to release on 6th November 2020.

Top Gun: Maverick
After more than 34 years the fans were finally being blessed with the sequel of the super successful Top Gun (1986). This Tom Cruise blockbuster was scheduled for 24th June 2020. However, the fans will have to wait a little longer as the release has now moved to 23rd December 2020 due to COVID-19 outbreak.

This film is the sequel to the 2017 film Hindi Medium and stars Irrfan Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Radhika Madan, and Deepak Dobriyal. Angrezi Medium was theatrically released in India on 13 March 2020. With its theatrical performance affected by the closing of cinemas, there were plans of re-releasing the movie. However, these plans were canceled and the film was made available digitally less than a month after its release.
Directed by Rohit Shetty and written by Yunus Sajawal, Sooryavanshi is the fourth installment of Shetty’s Police Universe. It features Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in lead roles. Initially scheduled for release on 24 March 2020, Sooryavanshi is now indefinitely postponed due to the pandemic.
Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar
This movie is directed by Dibakar Banerjee and stars Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra in lead roles. Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar was initially scheduled for release on 20 March 2020. However, was indefinitely postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Directed by Kabir Khan, 83 stars Ranveer Singh as cricketer Kapil Dev, along with Deepika Padukone, Harrdy Sandhu, Pankaj Tripathi, and Boman Irani. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the theatrical release is postponed to 30th August 2020. It was originally scheduled for 10 April 2020.
