Students can secure an admission in any of the IISERs either through JEE Mains, KVPY or the SCB exams, provided they clear the eligibility criteria as required.

Indian Statistical Institute is a multilocational group of institutions with headquarters in Kolkata and mainly focuses on the application of Statistics in Natural and Social Sciences. The institute has also been in the news recently for the successful completion of a prototype of a ventilator under ‘Project Praana’ in June 2020.

Aspiring students can enter this institute by clearing the conventional entrance examinations i.e. JEE Mains, NEET, GATE, GMAT etc.

IIST, Trivandrum

Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology is a government-aided institute mainly for study and research in the field of space science.
